Georgiana is a graduate and post graduate from London University. While still a student she worked for the Capital Taxes Office checking public access to private art collections for the ‘Tax Exempt Good & Chattels List’. She then trained in Taxation with Price Waterhouse in the mid 1990’s where she completed the ATT exams. In 1997 she moved into taxation recruitment with the SR Group (Brewer Morris) in London. In 2000 she moved from London to Leeds to help establish an office for the SR Group in Leeds. In 2003 she was head hunted by Pure Recruitment Group to establish an office in Leeds. In 2007 Georgiana started her own practice: Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd.
Georgiana specialises in the recruitment of senior taxation professionals in the profession, commerce, law firms and financial institutions. She has become one of the best known names in the specialist field of Taxation Recruitment. She helps run several networking groups including "The Private Client Ladies Network", "The Leeds Tax Club" and "The CIOT Professionals Networking club". Georgiana is also a member of Yorkshire Forward’s "Forward Ladies", the Leeds Chamber of Commerce, and "Women in Banking & Finance". She is a SPARK ambassador for entrepreneurship for the Yorkshire and Humber region.
Alison Tait

Alison is a graduate from Leeds University. Alison spent the first two years of her career working in Human Resources, during which time she attained the Institute of Personnel and Development qualification (CIPD).
She then went on to train in Taxation with KPMG in Leeds, where she qualified as a CTA Tax Adviser in 2002 . In 2003 she moved to BDO Stoy Hayward where she helped establish a greenfield site office in Leeds. Alison moved into recruitment in 2005 when she joined the taxation division of Pure Recruitment Group in Leeds.
Alison specialises in the recruitment of newly qualified tax professionals up to senior manager level. These professionals come from the profession, commerce, law firms and financial institutions.
Alison is also involved in networking groups such as "The Leeds Tax Club" and the "CIOT Professionals Networking Group". Alison is the secretary for the Leeds branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Oliver Benbow

Oliver is a Graduate from Loughborough University. Oliver spent the first two years of his career working as an analyst for a banking group before moving into recruitment in 2004.
After working for a small financial services recruiter based in Chester he decided to move to a large International Recruitment business where he specialised in Taxation recruitment.
Oliver has over five year’s specialist Tax experience dealing with Public Practice and In House Tax positions ranging from newly qualified Seniors up to Heads of Tax and Tax Partner roles. He has strong client relationships throughout the Northern Taxation marketplace.
Oliver is a keen sports enthusiast having played both rugby and cricket to a high level. He has strong links with both Lancashire County Cricket Club and Sale Rugby Union Football Club.
