Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd is committed to maintaining compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. The personal data contained within a candidates’ CV is managed by Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd, from the process of receiving CVs to disclosing the data to prospective clients/third parties for the purpose of proposing candidates for  permanent positions, (or contracts where relevant) for services with clients. Any additional data requested by clients/third parties, or use of candidates’ CVs for any purposes other than that described here will only be processed with the prior consent of the candidate.

Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd will retain candidates’ details on our database for the purpose of finding them the right position. In addition to the above, Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd will use these details to notify candidates of potential jobs and opportunities, make them aware of news items and initiatives and to request updated information, from time to time.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold on you. This right is the ‘’right to subject access’’ under the Data Protection Act. This right would only be restricted by law if it should infringe on the privacy of a third party.

At any point in time candidates have the opportunity to un-subscribe by sending an e-mail to Georgiana Head.
