East Midlands: it's a vibrant marketplace

The East Midlands tax market is hard to quantify, since it covers an extremely disparate area ranging across Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. Many of the tax partners I talked to even include Lincoln in the mix. Nottingham is very much the hub for tax and the base for the larger firms. Deloitte, KPMG and Ernst & Young all have offices in the centre of town. PwC has moved out to Castle Donnington near East Midlands airport. Only KPMG of the Big Four has an office in Leicester.
